Pressure Washer Pull Cord Seized

Bought this at an auction so do not have any history on it.
Pressure washer pull cord seized. It works with almost any gas pressure washer on the market. If you want you could dismantle the engine and overhaul it very educational but likely not very economical. This hose is rated up to 3 200 psi highly flexible and kink free with a thermal plastic platinum outer jacket that is weather and abrasion resistant. I have a tahoe pressure washer with a honda gx200 small engine.
Leave your pressure washer in one place and give yourself more area to roam around. Package includes a 22 mm adapter for connecting hoses. Check to see if there is any oil in it. Took a look at the pull rope assembly to see what was jammed or bent or broken.
A pressure washer can be a unique piece of equipment for a variety of reasons. The engine has seized from lack of oil. At times a pull start pressure washer can be very hard to start and when those times happen it can be very easy to break the pull cord. The engine recoil cord is hard to pull.
If you tipped the pressure washer on its side recently oil may have filled the cylinder preventing the engine from spinning. One however can be a frustrating one for machine owners. Remove the spark plug and then pull the starter rope to see if the engine spins. The pump or engine bearing s have failed.
When i pull the cord it comes out around 6 inches and stops. Does not feel that it is even getting to the engine. There is a lack of oil in the engine. Went to try to pull cord to start engine wouldn t budge.
Anyone have any idea on what i can try. The pump has siezed from lack of oil or bad bearings. The pressure washer is not producing high pressure and or the unit functions the same when powered on or off. Put away in fall everything fine no freezing etc.
Troy bilt pressure washer can t pull engine start cord i have 3000 psi model 020316 troy bilt pressure washer circa 2008. The engine could well be seized up. Remove the spark plug and then try to pull the rope removing the plug will allow the piston to move more freely without building up pressure.
