Pressure crack injection can be used to stop leaks seal cracks and restore strength of cracked concrete.
Pressure grouting concrete cracks. This method is effective in sealing the crack in concrete but it will not structurally bond cracked sections. Epoxy crack injection utilizes epoxy grout to structurally weld cracks to permanently restore the integrity of a structure. A flexible grout can take some movement without cracking and failing. A high pressure pump forces the liquid grout into the entire crack no matter how small the crack is. Crack injection pressure grouting crack injection we use ultra low viscosity materials which can be injected to fill the narrowest of cracks up to 0 2mm in width thixotropic resins or cementitious materials are used for repairing cracks of greater width. Also there is usually a significant amount of grout that is forced outside between the wall and the ground to fill voids and make an additional water barrier.
The same sequence as described above is adopted for injecting the cement grout also. As the grout cures it produces a much finer pore structure. There are two types. Applications of cement grouting for cracks.
